New Date: Saturday, September 5, 2020
Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, the Red Jacket 5K scheduled for Saturday, April 26 will have to be postponed. The new date for the run will be Saturday, September 5th. All participants who have registered for the run will have their registration transferred to the September 5th date. Though there officially is a no refund policy, if you have already registered I am more than happy to refund to you the entire cost of your registration if you do not plan to run on the new date.
Join us for a gorgeous USATF certified 5K in the Shortsville/Manchester community. The course has been redesigned since last year to eliminate the section along Route 96. The course begins at the Red Jacket HIgh School Gym, follows Route 21 north to the Manchester Gateway Trail. The run then goes along the trail to Water Street in Shortsvile, and heads back to the school. After a loop around the track the race finishes where it began. Proceeds from the run support the Red Jacket Cross Country Team and the Bob Goodell Memorial Scholarship Fund. Due do the global pandemic, the race has been rescheduled to Saturday, September 5th at 8:00am
